By downloading, installing, or using Synagize ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Synagize is a personal productivity and planning application available as a desktop application and web application. It provides task management, calendar, notes, and related planning tools.
3. User Accounts
Certain features (cloud sync, web access) require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you create in Synagize. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. When using the local-only mode, your data never leaves your device.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Synagize integrates with third-party services (Google Calendar, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook) via their official APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Redistribute or resell the app without permission
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Synagize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synagize and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
